It is nice to plan what I want to do if anything. My choice.

The nice thing about retirement is that you are doing what you want, you may still be working hard but it is at something that brings you joy. You are not doing things that you know are useless, as in almost every quarterly report I ever filled out.

Retirement is what and when you want, but you still need a routine and a purpose each day. I set a goal(s) each evening of what to do the next day. Small jobs to get done. At the end of the day, great satisfaction. Not all jobs are work, I like to reserve a day or afternoon just to read.

I still make plans, it just doesn’t involve work.

I agree Ben. I was forced into retirement 4 years ago and everyday is like a Saturday, when I was working. I love it.
