I’m 67. The last time I jumped was about 15 years ago. Right heel shattered on impact. Six weeks with my leg in a cast. I don’t jump anymore.
At my age, I don’t jump anything.
At 65, just bought a recumbent bike. I highly recommend it, very low impact workout and it can be increased in intensity if desired.
Looks like he got in at least 2 jumps.. twice as good as what I manage but then I don’t aspire to boxer status.

With his generous body shape, I see knicknacks bouncing off tables & shelves.
