Well, Merry Christmas (or whatever seasonal greeting you prefer) anyway to you all. And may the coming year be BORING and LIGHT and all the cartoonists successful, DESPITE.
An interesting conundrum.. The 9/11 incident led (and continues) to massive prosperity for Americans supporting the necessities of war. So while the loss of 3000 odd was unfortunate.. on balance it was good for America. Now.. fast forward to the COVID pandemic.. you are loosing that many everyday.. and the only ones getting rich are stockholders in pharmaceuticals.. PPE suppliers (Chinese mostly) and the medical first responders. Life is just not fair.
Merry Christmas, Theodore! After 353 days since Trump virus became public knowledge, you finally acknowledge it. If you were in anyway clued in, the generals aren’t talking about invading anywhere, but publicly repudiating Trump’s attempts to overturn the election.
No one wants to go to war and kill people if they might get sick, the Spanish flu ended WW I and covid ended the Trump rebellion.
There will be a huge explosion of covid cases in 10 to 14 days due to Christmas travel and gatherings. The local airport said travel was one fourth less than a normal Christmas. This tells me that only 25% of the population is trying to follow the rules to not transmit covid. These are scary times.

Why do you have to portray them as bigoted towards Muslims? There’s plenty of non-Muslim countries to invade.

I’d have thought that by now, you’d have just about run out of countries to fool around with, period.

The only country left on the right wing attack list is Iran.

Speaking of radical states, what about invading those that voted for Trumpster Fire?

Way back in the 60s (that’s the 1960s, not 18) we had a poster, “Suppose they held a war, and nobody came?”
