Other than reporting that Biden had fractured his foot, no one is fawning over him or focusing on his condition.Because C. Trump and his cabal of treasonous republicans are still trying to destroy this country before they are removed from the White House.

Biden was injured during the perfectly laudable activity of playing with his dog. Trump was infected with COVID after reprehensible ignoring basic protections and repeatedly encouraging others to endanger themselves and everyone around them. #No F’ing Sympathy.

Comparing average people on Social Media to journalists in the actual media?Please show me where the NYTimes or WaPo stated that they wished Trump would die from Covid. I know you can easily find clips of journalists asking the President how he felt after being released from the hospital. Shall we now go to Social Media to see if anyone there is wishing harm upon the President-Elect? You know, just to bring the whole Apples-to-Oranges comparison full circle.

Trump denied Covid existence. No one in his physical condition could have recovered as quickly as he did. I don’t believe he ever had it, but said he did to convince his moron cult it’s nothing to worry about.

Never heard anyone say anything like that about Trump in the first panel. Dana having delusions? As for the second panel, I guess more people care about people who care about others.

Dana is projecting… He attributes to others the things that he would say and do.

There is a reason for the difference, Dana. It has to do with the differing behaviors of the two individuals.

Imagine that. A person who has shown no empathy to any human in his life gets no empathy, while a person who acts like a normal human being gets empathy. Hard calculus to figure, isn’t it, cartoonist?

I’m sure there are some who said they hoped Covid would do Trump in. And the world would definitely be a better place if that had happened, so such a wish qualifies as “charity”. But there can’t be that many, however much deserved a low opinion of the man is, especially prorated against the death threats (and worse) showered on the governor and sec’y of state of Michigan by loyal Trumpskies.
