I’m probably going to get in trouble with this post, but here goes. I believe that both sides tend to gloss over the trouble their extremists cause and concentrate on the trouble caused by the other side. (I say “trouble” because not all of it amounts to what I would call “violence”. I don’t think that property damage is in the same category as harming people.) I don’t like violence no matter who is doing it. We can argue about who is worse, but no matter, I think it’s wrong. I have a long history as an activist on the left, and I had friends who became Weatherpeople. At the time I thought they were making a big big mistake, both in tactics and in morals, and I still think so. As a radical far leftist, I think that left violence is wrong. I would hope that responsible people on the right would also say that they do not support violence on the right. (Meanwhile, Lester is a fool, but that goes without saying.)
This “toon” brings to mind the time a reporter asked Trump about condemning white supremacy and Trump said that he didn’t know what white supremacy was. From Lester’s point of view, anything done by his side is justified.
Remember that poor right wing protestor that carried loaded weapons into Kenosha? The left wing protestors not only stole some of his bullets, they then assaulted him as he was innocently shooting people.
Some might say that that tactic would be an improvement compared to the past 4 years of GOP lies, crimes, and general calumny against anything and anyone perceived to be left of Caligula to the power Hitler squared.
Good ole Mike, will use the slightest chance to burn his arch enemy the “Main Stream Media” but has no problem distorting the truth on his own as he sees fit.
With all at stake, the “lady in the room” needs to finalize this election….our national security and people’s lives depend on it….IDK WHAT THE HELL BIDEN IS WAITING FOR…..SUE HER…SHES BEING BELLIGERENT! Where’s the courts when you need them? They can’t deny Biden won….
