Looks like a worm hole.

I hate it when I get stuck in a vortex, good thing there’s a warning sign one’s ahead. =:-O

A hole in the time-space continuum?

Watch out for the traffic cowlick.

With a sufficient number of cars, all drifting at the same time, any traffic circle can become a vortex of oblivion.
