If we keep wearing masks – or at least those of us “Essential Workers” who have to wear them 6 to 12 hours a day (I have two jobs), we are doing ourselves no favors as far as living longer lives… the decreased amounts of O2 we are getting is aging us and slowly damaging all of our bodily systems….We are supposed to be getting more
