Must’ve been all that talk about corn smut and succotash. Heck it made me think of the most gnarly veggies I had to stomach as a kid (such as brussel sprouts or pickled beets) and that turned my stomach just thinking back about that…….

Twenty-five years later: Hey, Alice remember the day you were sick in the maze, and we all had to leave early? Shut your trap Dill!

Big shoutout to Miss Bliss, and every pre-school teacher out there who is willing to pick up and comfort a sick child, fully aware of the very real possibility of getting barfed on.

Alice the Indestructible has a sickie? NOOO!

Kevin has a diagnosis that many skeptical doctors would reject; but the old traditionalist imported at great expense from a certain university in Vienna knows!

Left, left, straight, right, right, left? Got it, right?

My mother used to say that when I got quiet and lethargic, she knew I was REALLY sick. I was thinking that when Alice wasn’t being super noisy, bossy & obnoxious (her usual, on outings.)
