What do you do when you have to “go” in an elaborate costume? Well, Depends.

I the original watchmen comics there’s a scene where nite owl and silk spectre go to break Rorschach out of prison and have to wait while he goes into the men’s room (be wasn’t there for what they thought) while they’re waiting for Rorschach to come out of the bathroom silk spectre complains about the wait and nite owl tells her when you got to go you got to go, then he tells her about the time when he almost lost a suspect when he had to use the bathroom during a stakeout and had trouble getting out of his costume and how the incident made him redesign his costume so it was easier to get out of it.

I miss Dean’s Halloween costumes. Who could forget when he dressed as Tim the Enchanter, and one of Heart’s friends thought he was a bum.

Dean looks like a 1950s TV representation of a robot. And just as ungainly.

Even after the kids had been potty trained for a while, on trips and events with costumes we still diapered up the kids with pull-ups. End of the night it wasn’t uncommon to find it used.
