If he hates this client so much, why in the world would he take his work?

At least he’s producing something. Of course it could just be ‘All work and not play makes Adam……’.

This is when I actually feel sorry for Adam. His skill at writing is taxed by the evil paying customer once again. COFFEE STAT!!

It isn’t “creative” when the boss tells the artist exactly what to do. It’s robotic. Artists make poor robots, unless, Ironically, they are trying to do the “Robot”.

I never swore until I started doing technical work. I had no idea of the obstinacy of inanimate objects. Computers are worse. While inanimate objects will break or stubbornly sit there , software insists on telling you what you did wrong in a language that requires visits to ten websites to decipher.

I write the monthly newsletter/meeting reminder for my .embroidery group. Of course right now it is hard to make it look like anything – limited online exhibitions (though as of last month some NYC museums have started reopening – but do not necessarily have fiber related exhibitions, Events have been canceled from both our region and the national group. I try to fill the pages as best I can, especially as it the main thing we are doing right now – Zoom meetings and they plan a live meeting in a local park for this month (I am not going).

On the other hand, husband started a monthly newsletter for our reenactment unit asking members to send in educational articles (we are all always looking to share our knowledge and learn new things to make our interpretations better) and he has been inundated by articles by 2 or 3 of the members who have each sent a number of articles. He has received so many articles that I got out of writing the ones I was suppose to write for him – money, cooking, and something else.
