Somewhat off topic: You might find amusing Stephen Leacock’s 1911 short story, “The Man in Asbestos,” a chapter in his NONSENSE NOVELS. It concerns a man who falls asleep, and then wakes up hundreds of years in the future. As might be expected, things have changed quite a bit. He is told about Climate Change, the role of Energy in society, the current concept of “Work,” and the role of women in that Society of the Future.
The story can be read from several sites on the Internet, for instance at Project Gutenberg of Australia.
At the rate he lies, he must be going thru a lot of pants. Every week there’s a new scandal or coverup and all the the Republicans can do is say ‘but what about Benghazi or what about the emails’ both of which were investigated for months by several Republican led committees. They never found much other than Hillary being careless in the handling of the email. Trump can’t be investigated because he has so many scandals that they don’t know where to start and Barr blocks everything that congress wants to look into.

Like a mob boss, using language carefully calibrated to convey his desires and demands, while at the same time employing deliberate indirection to insulate himself and avoid actually ordering a hit on his former personal attorney.” We have witnessed the president do this in public, playing on his followers’ psychology to encourage violence without directly taking responsibility for even massacres and widespread violence that ensue.
Just think, this idiot will go down in the history books as our lying president that put 3 ultra conservative men on the supreme court that will make our country stand still and not even consider a woman and also ran our economy into the ground, 3 trillion in debt, and repeatedly compliments himself that he is doing a great job. Oh, and his greatest aspirations is to be a stand up comedian!!!
