Well, I think this cartoon only reinforces the clear message that the Republican Party is now the, more or less, the Trump cult. Instead of adopting a new platform (because, you know, 2020 is different from 2016), the GOP instead decided to pledge its loyalty to whatever Trump does.

Think you have it backwards Ms. Benson, the RINOs are actually Trumpians. Republicans are seemingly coming out from everywhere calling to unseat Trump and Trumpism and reclaim a once proud party from the ashes that it is now. Hope they toss the Tea Partiers too…

If you self identify as a Republican and are a Trump supporter then you are the rino.

All the speakers last night, with the surname Trump, gave us the same message; “Please re-elect my husband/father, so he/I/we won’t have to go to jail.” They had no other message.

Note no one uses the term DINO to describe any Democrat that supports a Conservative or Republican. I like to believe Blue Dog Democrats who are Conservative leaning Centrists that choose to be Democrats. Whereas, the RINO just seems to be far right Conservatives insult towards Republican Moderates that won’t embrace Q’Anon or swear loyalty to a man over country and still value the Constitution from a Conservative perspective.

Benson may be ‘hard pressed’ to come up with meaningful cartoons in the coming weeks…

Lisa, the difference between Trumpublicans and RINOs is that Trumpublicans are Cult Followers and RINOs put country above party. Many of the actual Republicans recognize the danger Trump represents and think Biden is the better person to lead instead of the clown show we’ve had.

Big name republicans are trying to distance themselves from the USA destroying monster that they created.

Elephants are family / herd oriented, intelligent, compassionate, and they can learn to distinguish members of the human race who are friends.

Until recently I figured Newt & Donald were RINO’s- not the party of Lincoln. Now I’ve given up on the GOP.
