Kamala Harris is 55 years old. If she were elected PRESIDENT right now, she’d be the 25th youngest. She’s currently senator from California, and is a highly experienced prosecutor and DA. She made Brett Kavanaugh cry under her interrogation. And she’s a helluva lot more mature than the current occupant of the Oval Office, for sure!
So why is this cartoon depicting her as a small schoolgirl? Perhaps this is a classic piece of sexism and racism, trying to diminish a woman of color?
And no, it’s definitely NOT a comment on Biden’s age – it’s a comment on hers, since it’s a school bus. There are a lot of ways this cartoon could have been done that would have been appropriate. This is not. This is just a bad cartoon.
I suppose this may refer to her “That little girl was me!” during the candidate debates, during which she was pointing out that Biden had opposed busing. Nicely commented, in that case.
I’d be worried about riding on just half a school bus. This this in a State that Trump talks of withholding funding if kids and teachers stay home to stay alive?
I’m 80 and President Elect Joe Biden made a wonderful choice for Our New Vice President. These two are exactly what the world needs to pull us out of the sewer that trump and his hoodlum Senate have created.

Nice callback to the debate exchange, and I approve of the sentiment.
Depicting Kamala Harris as a child is perhaps unfairly dismissive, but the cartoon probably wouldn’t work otherwise.

Is it really a bad thing that Kamala is an ambitious, energetic, competent, intelligent, strong, sharp, witty woman?
Think – if those adjectives were used to describe a man, would they be considered bad?
Joe is clearly not scared of a strong, smart woman.
Trump . . . yeah, he’s fillin’ his diapers!
