He doesn’t wonder “why”: that requires some level of curiosity which is in turn associated with some degree of intelligence. But I see Jones’s point.

You know of course, the Orange Angel of Death doesn’t give one twit over anyone’s life but his own. Narcissus would turn over his reflecting pool to him in defeat.

The US Postal Service has been reluctant to provide numbers of how many postal workers have died from Covid 19. In May 21, 2020 the Government Executive magazine confirmed that 126 federal workers had died to date from the coronavirus pandemic, including 60 USPS workers, but the sums were preliminary.

That Trump actually wants to handicap an essential service because of the desire for privatization and getting back at Jeff Bezos after these people bravely keep the economy going is just mind boggling.

I guess Trump wouldn’t be a Republican if he didn’t bust a few Unions.

The truly sad thing to Trump is that his naked intervention in the Postal Service may finally awaken the republicans in Congress to actually DO SOMETHING. Iy seems that a large proportion of their constituency actually depending on the U.S.P.S. for things like social security payments, drug delivery, and other vital services.

Who knows, they may even get off their dead asses and actually DO something!

They’re never going to aid any of the “Trump Virus” sufferers, but this might stir the blood, a bit. Maybe!

I don’t see Trump getting emotional about anyone, unless they were ready to get him a large wad of cash. And then he’d get emotional over the money.

I’ve looked at this cartoon for ca. 20 minutes and simply don’t get it. Help! Could someone please explain Clay Jones’s far too subtle (to me) message? Thanks.

Did Kim or Putin die? I can’t imagine The Psychopath-in-Chief getting upset about anyone else’s death.

Clay, nice ’toon. Good blog post on it. https://claytoonz.com/

But on top of this I would like to make a request.

There will be more mail in voting this year than previous years. This means it will take longer to count. Which means “election day” will not resolve by the following morning. As DEATHCULT, a GOP subsidiary, tries to claim “the counting is over- anyone still counting is just trying to change the result!” they need to be countered.

Waiting until that moment is too late. We need to be ready to understand that it will take longer to count the votes this time. Please spread that message.

Trump has no regard for the lives of Americans, and the corrupt republican senate support him.

McConnell doesn’t care either, the Hero bill has been on his desk for months, he’s on vacation.

I can’t see trump on his knees without Putin standing in front of him. Or.. in front of a judge as he is being sentenced for his past…

Didn’t Trump realize that by doing everything he could to suppress mail-in voting that it could have a negative effect his own voters? Sorry, dumb question.

As usual, they are not considering the impact on the printing, paper, advertising industry designers, copy writers, and clients who rely on the mail to support the recycling industry. Not to mention election season clutter. A northern Wisconsin business just went out of business because of the lack of demand for glossy paper that supplied much of the magazine industry. But fine. As long as it messes with Bezos and Democratic voters.
