And when you finally get a real person to talk to, their accent is so thick, you can’t follow it over the phone. In person you can follow more easily, but over the phone it’s difficult to understand.
What frustrates me is when I call to resolve an issue and I get a recording saying they are not resolving issues (usually a return) on the phone, only purchases, so I must do an online chat. Things are never understood quite as well on chat. I feel like they’re not paying attention. At least I can save the conversation for reference though.
Had a couple of very successful phone calls, a few text chats and one frustrating one where after waiting for 30 min or so went through the phone tree and was told their offices were now closed and to please call back tomorrow!
