Ok…I said it….we knew ( more than 50% of the voters knew) that the dRumpth was a racist, misogynistic, incredibly ignorant fascist with a list of bankruptcies that would put most people permanently out of business. But the dRumpth had a very very rich daddy who bailed him out over and over again. Now the GOP has taken daddy’s place….bailing him out over and over again.

So did anyone else enjoy the ad about the young trump-loving male who woke up from a coma to be updated on the last 3 1/2 years???

The dRumpth can and will get worse . The GOP will not stop bailing him out and supporting every insane impulse of “their golden goose”.

The propaganda machine is an extremely powerful tool/weapon. It’s our jobs as free thinking individuals to apply critical thinking when processing information. It would also be nice if our, “trusted leaders”, weren’t so comfortable standing up and lying to us on a daily basis.

In a weak moment, and without the advice of my Sadie (RN), I’ve decided that, since hydroxychloroquine is utilized as a treatment for malaria, I’ve started my own preventive regimen of quinine – also used for malaria – but in the form of gin and tonics – with a twist of lime . . . wouldn’t want to get Rickets now, would we?

I’ve found the news much easier going if I have a G&T (or 2) before watching, and it seems to minimize the frequent bouts of screaming . . .

A friend of mine recently commented that she feels sorry for the writers at the Onion and other satirical sites. The stuff they come up with is not nearly as over-the-top as reality.

I can understand why some people didn’t want Hillary, and even though I strongly disagreed with them even why some people thought Trump would be a change for the better. But now? After almost 4 years of his administration the only ones who would still vote for him are at best terminally gullible, at worse criminally complicit, and none of them should ever be allowed to vote again!
