    I find it interesting how many of the people who have been awarded medals for heroism explain their motivations with variants of, “I just did what I had to do”.

    This makes you think. I’ve heard that courage is not the absence of fear, but how you deal with fear and move through it, to accomplish what you’ve chosen to accomplish. The best courage is unnoticed….
