How would such a critter talk to Rip? Baby Fireball seems to get along with various timings of “Goo!.” Midnight seems to get by with variations on “Hurf.”
I think our new pal, who I will call “Lock Jaw” as my preferred name would alienate half the state of Florida, could easily get by with a vocabulary of “wink” and “ka-wink” as well as “hiss” and “ka-hiss” along with the occasional “tail thump,” and when really needed to show emphasis the “Ka-Tail Thump!”
Here’s hoping we see more of Lock Jaw in the ensuing adventure!
Rip sounds ka-disappointed that Steve isn’t dead. After he did have nice soliloquy going there for a minute. How often does does RIp get one those going. Usually it’s his fists doing the ka-soliloquy on the bad guys.
