Ducey, as it turns out is spinless. He seems to understand the reality of Covid-19 but is too afraid to lead an effective response. Now people suffer and die needlessly. He is, however, quick to fire those that know what need to be done. This Republican tendency to be thin skinned against (well founded) criticism is contagious from the top down.
