Spud, it’s hard to knock a really great set of hockey trading cards—there were probably shorted cards and special foil!

Spud has been waiting for something like that to happen his whole life. What are the odds.

I’m curious as to what the Vrusks did with ole Josh?

The kid version of my old friend moved away and I got to keep his hockey cards as a memory of him.

I thought Spud and Wallace had been friends since they were born? But I guess there is always Josh Letourneau.

Wallace knows how to spin a good yarn.

I suspect Wallace is pulling both of their legs on Josh…either that he doesn’t actually know what happened to Josh and this is just what he assumed was the case, because Wallace.

I suppose the first order of business would be to determine whether or not Josh Letourneau ever actually existed and whether or not he ever actually associated with Wallace.

(I’d bet he did, he just moved away at some point for reasons Wallace was never told. Maybe he couldn’t take Wallace’s brand of zany like Spud can)

Did Josh live at a used auto parts lot?

Also, I see that Wallace has captured the rare Will Henry Frog, which we can be sure of because of it’s distinctive “Will Henry” sounding croak. :D

I suspect.. if things evolve normally.. Spud will find Amelia a friend.. with benefits.

Could this be a harbinger of a hockey story arc when winter rolls around? Youth wants to know! (And so do I.)

Letourneau -Now there is a tragic last name ripped from recent headlines.

My childhood friend, Joe Spitz, was abducted by aliens. But, they brought him back. Eventually.

Josh Letourneau used to hang out in Matunuck RI and now runs a brewery in West Kingston RI.

Will Henry grew up in Matunuck RI.

Hmm.
