It’s hard to put forth your best effort for someone who snaps at you like that. Bob should say: “I’ll put them on shortly, thank you. First I need my tire-change thingie, where is that … oh, and I better go to my locker and get my gloves … Say, driver, do you want anything from the snack bar while I’m there?”

They’re way too new
to have a clue.
They’re asking YOU
what they should do?
Just grab a few
