There are 2 types of people right now. The ones who look at Sheen and say, “Sure, he’s got every material comfort, but he’s nuts.” And the ones who say, “Sure he’s nuts, but he’s got Every Material Comfort!

“Charlie Sheen, Ben Vareen, Shrink to the size Of a lima bean…”

And then there are those who saw his interview on CNN and aren’t sure what to believe.

On the flipside is Robin Williams, a stand up comedian who won an Oscar and was nominated for a bunch of others, now he’s back to doing stand up. Maybe that would be a better role model for Jester.

Hey, Justin: The new “social relevance” theme is great! Life as myth (or vice-versa)!

The ancient Greeks had the life/myth theme down cold, Ensoh — Aesop and his fables, Aristophanes and the other great playwrights. Justin is in great company.

Great. as usual although I thought maybe there would be a Sheen parallel with bi-polar bear.

He’s Hamlet crazy. He was caught in front of an open microphone, plotting how crazy he was going to act. Thing is, he has some real problems, that he might not survive.

Little-known fact: If you suppress cookies, you can vote multiple times in Justin’s survey. Democracy in action!

(Hey, they do it all the time in some places. That’s how to become Mayor of Chicago.)

MT and/or JT: The survey will still be a measure of the preferences and devotion of your fans. The U.S. Census isn’t any too accurate either, but they still use it to re-apportion Congress. Besides, I only voted four times. (Ah, but for which?)

I had to Google “define:neko”. I learned something today. Time for a nap.

I voted several times–once for each of the voices–which means that all my votes canceled out. Sic transit gloria insana.

NebulousRikulau, I prefer to quote, “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?” That is, what good is all that material wealth and power, if you are nutso and don’t like yourself?

“Neko” is a poignant word considering the day’s events. Thoughts, hearts and prayers.
