Dinner Lady’s can be an underestimated part of the schools staff. Worked with them several times and found them to be a very caring and warm hearted group

Noted example of Brutalist architecture: the James V. Forrestal Building in Washington, D.C. Built between 1965 and 1969, it now serves as the headquarters facility for the U.S. Department of Energy.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_V.Forrestal_Building#/media/File:US_Dept_of_Energy_ForrestalBuilding.jpg

Jack Kemp a former Secretary of HUD once said that the Brutalist HUD headquarters was “fourteen floors of basement”

Can someone clue me in to what he means by using their knives and forks wrong? Are they doing it American style for some reason? Are they cutting up meat with their elbows sticking out? Is he just being judgemental?
