Ohoh, you are being mean to him. He just might find out what state you live in and refuse to send any needed respirators and, at the same time, bad mouth the governor.
Right now I’m watching a Twilight Zone marathon on SyFy. They’re going to show a Sharknado marathon on Sunday; I’ve never seen any of them so I may flip it on periodically.
I’m mostly reading. Some on the internet, some from our not-so-online books. And the “news” on TV, though I turn away when the Orange Spectacle opens his mouth.
Since I ploughed through my other coursework for the rest of the semester in a week, I’m working on items for an exhibit that because of the virus, may not even happen next year. Up to my elbows in “wild clay slurry” as I begin the process of making clay whorls for drop spindles (thinking of using some leftover cedar to carve the shaft and a distaff), and sourly nursing awl-related blisters from tooling leather for a pair of reproduction Marx-Etzel Germanic bog shoes.
Also, listening to Adventure Zone, playing a bit of Roman-themed Mah Jong, reading Alice Hoffman novels, entertaining three cats, studying weave structures, and waiting for the ground to dry enough to clear off the gardens. I made bread yesterday using my own sourdough starter, and home-made rooster and “dumplings” (they’re really noodles, no matter what the hubby’s mother called them). In addition to loom-weaving, I’ve got tablet woven bands to weave, nalbinding to make socks and a hat, and Iron Age jewelry and other leather goods to reconstruct – all with detailed descriptions of items and process. The laptop is my background noise – mostly old sci-fi and horror – it dings to let me know about messages and news.
The television is the thing gathering dust in the living room. I really need to dust…
Model shipbuilding and model railroading. Work with my hands, my fingers and after many hours of enjoyment, I have something to show for it. Without the Boston Bruins playing now, I have little use for the TV. Turn on the news morning and evening.
I stopped watching US media over 7 years ago. I watch a lot of European media, including SkyNews. Yes, I KNOW SkyNews is another Murdoch shit-spewer, but they DO broadcast actual news, when NOT kissing Tory ass. Here’s the thing: SkyNews does NOT air Trump pressers any more. They air the ones by NY Gov Cuomo, every day, instead. When the UK version of Fox"News" won’t air Trump because he’s too full of shit, that’s saying something….
Six to eight hours of being the daytime tele doctor for the local clinic and then the recording of Gov C. Bingeing a few episodes of Acorn TV, covering dinner time for the PM telecom, reading as much escapist literature as I can and taking the doggos out for their walks. Sometimes I think it’s more work than what was “normal,” whatever that was.

Trump just answered the mother of all questions. What would have been the total Coronavirus death if we had done nothing as some suggested.

I recommend Ozark. It’s Breaking Bad, but with way better scenery.

Cuomo is doing what is needed for the People of his state in a crisis.
