Where is this 2 trillion coming from? Is congress getting another loan from the Sauds, or China or Japan? I have heard only one report, that the money is simply being printed up, like it was in 2008-2009. A few months ago, I was reading & hearing about record profits from many major corporations and financial houses. Where is that money now? Overseas? Why not raise some taxes on where the money IS instead of giving them more as a pre-bail-out?
