@Number Six Today’s Andy Capp without Andy is slightly funny Flo’ comparing our HERO Mr Andrew Capp to Homer , J. Homer’s not half as bad as Andy.

Homer can’t hold a candle to Andy as far as beer drinking goes! And we all know how well Andy holds his liquor! :D

Nah! Homer had a job. He was lousy at it but he went there every day.

Actually, I think Andy would be more comparable to Barney Gumble.

Strangely enough, I can recall at least one moment in The Simpsons where Homer sleeps on his side on the sofa, facing the backrest, and remarks that ‘Andy Capp had the right idea’.

Homer and Andy should be best buds.
