Today is to Venus what Christmas is to Santa Claus and Easter is to the Easter Bunny. And interestingly enough, since it falls on a Friday this year, it even falls on the day of the week that the Romans dedicated to Venus!

When I see Narcissus anymore I think of Simon Scarrow’s Under the Eagle series.

Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection in the water moved to hug his image and plop in the water and drowned.

Tulip – Like

Daisy – Longing

Digital rose – Lazy

I love the sun and moon

If the sun and moon love each other, then why are they rarely seen together?

I like the Candy Heart in the corner with Justin’s Signature on it.

The Company promises to have the Real Thing back on the market in time for Next Year’s Valentines.

I like that Boody isn’t worried about not having a Dragon Girlfriend.

He’s just happy that his Friends are happy.

Of course, he won’t reach Dragon Puberty for at least another Hundred Years but that sort of thing doesn’t stop the Card & Candy lobby from trying to market to human 5 year olds.

Couples. Or bundles (of eucalyptus). Or solitary. Boody is not judgmental.

When Narcissus marries his reflection, will the reflection need a surrogate to help answer the Vows?
