Sorry to trot out (once again yet again) an oldie but baddie, but this IS the most dire challenge for American Democracy since WW II…….Trump asks, and is given an answer, to the following question:

This is FAR TOO TRUE to really be funny…it’s more sad, actually.

They claim to not believe in evolution, yet CLEARLY we have evolved from a nation with two parties both loyal (mostly) to the nation, … into two parties loyal (mostly) to their party above the nation.

Cute cartoon. Like that they’re x-raying the brains. But it’s really their hearts that are shrunk to the size of a pea.

This cartoon perfectly (and sadly) captures the essence of the situation.

The document that the senators each signed today attesting to their taking the oath needs to enshrined and displayed in a museum that is named “Once we had a country in which we were proud to be citizens” or the Museum of the American that was.

Are they scanning for spines?

Most of the GOP senators claim they are good Christians. If they take the oath but fail the impartiality test, once again they show themselves to be hypocritical, cowardly liars.

Brace yourself, Mitch. Because when the nation’s sane majority of law-abiding citizens have finished with Trump, we’re coming after YOU next. That goes for Roberts, too. Presidents aren’t the only officials who can be impeached.

The plain fact is that USA is no longer a Democratic Republic run by it’s citizens. Either the people realize this and take action or we face a greater blood bath than in 1861 – 64.

Republicans are only loyal to the party, they don’t care about the laws of the USA.

Tell me again how our two mutually exclusive opposing political parties are miraculously going to work together to handle this impeachment so that We the People are all assured that the outcome will be fair and just.
