Sometimes I will only leave the lights on my tree for an extended period of time after I’ve packed away all of the other ornaments.

Why put them away? Call them winters decorations to help see you through the cold months.

WTF is Zoloft?

The hard part for me is dismantling the G-scale train that runs around the tree.

Memories of yesteryear….

people take Zoloft for depression.

I always like how a medieval wizard has modern things, like electrical power and a toy fire truck.

Lots of sun here in Florida.

Good memories to remember, keep going Wiz.

Why does my coffee taste watered down as I’m reading and re-reading this strip? Sniff…

When I was a child, especially around 9-13, decorations were the best part of Christmas. Brightly colored glass ornaments, those paper honeycomb balls and bells, shiny garland, old timey ornaments to go with old timey carols, even flocked shop windows. Decorations with winter scenes stirred my imagination, too.

& Yet another Id anachronism — battery-powered candles….

Fairy lights have gone LED and cost 10 times the price now. Why?

Always makes me sad to put away the decorations. So many good memories of my youth My mother really loved Christmas and all the decorations. The house looks so bare afterwards. Deserted almost. I leave one ornament out till next Christmas. Don’t need drugs. Kind of like cold and dark.

Remember the strip from Dec 14, 2018? About seeing all of you childhood in a Christmas bulb? I loved the sentiment in that one, as well as this one. Good to know I’m not the only sentimental old fool.

One cannot rush putting memories away.

Christmas has 12 days and ends on the evening of 5 Jan. Commercialmas lasts 12 weeks.

Did Wiz marry a woman who looked like his mother? Or did his memory lose track?

You would think he could wave the wand and make her into whatever he wants at bedtime, maybe he does…
