Could this be Phoebe’s big moment with Max???

Hey! Someone’s not dancing! You know the rules, school is not a dance exemption. Don’t make me call the dance police.

Although Phoebe, Max, Dakota, and their classmates are in elementary school, I never went to a dance in my high school career. Just didn’t know of anyone with whom to go. As for the dances where the girls asked the guys, I never got asked.

I remember feeling quite rebellious at about that age when “they” made us boys dance with girrrruls. It was awful… thinking about it. Not so bad doing it.

It was the Virginia Reel, I think. I would have totally rebelled if it had been ballroom-ish.

Phoebe isn’t really rebellious. That has been established many times. Last summer, however, it was shown that she is rebellious compared to Ferny.

Dakota want to dance with Phoebe? This is really cute♡ In the other hand, if her want to take Phoebe at the dance and then make her some pranks…

After six hours of school, I’ve had enough for the day.

You know, it’s moments like this that I remember why I like Phoebe as a character so much. You fight that system, girl!

On my university residence hall board, among announcements for mixers, guest speakers, and concert ticket exchanges was a notice with the header, “DO THE DEAD RETURN”. Yeah, no punctuation. For 52 years, I have been puzzled: Is this an instruction to perform a new dance or to attend a lecture on resurrection?

Marigold will start lobbying to be Phoebe’s Plus One.

School should teach kids to read the fine print.

I would have probably avoided it since I would have no friends. And be uncomfortable there dancing.

When I see a Deer Crossing sign I always read it as Deerzing.

Oh Celestia, I’m having lashbacks of having to do square dancing in elementary school.
