sure is not easy living in the modern technological age

Yep, had a three-day power outage here about 10 years ago. That was weird being unplugged but for a boombox radio running on 4 “D” batteries.

This IS gonna be tough. I’m so addicted to the internet, I keep using my computer until it dies every time.

One time when I was 8 I went with my mom to the grocery store, and she forgot I was with her. She was distracted by a divorce my parent were going through. Fortunately, the store was close to home. She got the silent treatment that day.

It’s a lot like the 6-hour flu. Best answer is to just curl up under your blanket and wait for it to pass.

Sound almost like life without high-speed Wi-Fi…unimaginable!

Not only is it heartbreaking but it shows why Phoebe needs to be friends with Marigold. She doesn’t really have friends but casual acquaintances who quickly forget about her.
