I read that as “place-bo”. It makes you smell the body odor of whatever place you’re in. I’d never buy that. The entire concept stinks.

Some people wouldn’t read the clear statement on the box, though.

But what are its side-effects?

Years ago long before date rape pills, there was a company that sold “aphrodisiacs” to make a woman go crazy. They put “placebo” in the name so the government wouldn’t go after them.

Placebos to make you feel better? Nah – try a chocolate cake donut instead.

There are many peer reviewed studies which confirm a very significant positive effect on placebos when appropriately prescribed.

Studies have shown that, in certain cases, a placebo can work even when the patient knows it’s a placebo.

So I read the first “placebo” as “placebo” but I read the “Placebo” brand name as “Place Bo”.
