I keep coming back to these sappy story lines because I love being part of this group of daily contributors to the comment section. I also hope to see missing GilPa return before the baseball season. I think he is just mailing it in these days and perhaps it is time for him to move on.
Alexa certainly knows how to cop an attitude, somebody needs to slap her upside the head.
An antagonist view using the Scott Fowler- Mia Paige template. Scott was the original Boo, at least to Mia. A terse hello? With her height and classmates giving her the business, Alexa has her defense mechanism on full power. Four months and a gross amount of nonsense from now, expect a tender, tearful moment sans the brilliance of a peacock. And the memory of little Jay Bird.
She’s too good for the girls basketball team, has game smarts like Heather Burns, and plans on playing on the boys team, also like how Heather Burns did with football. Sound stupid? Then that means it could happen here.
Too bad his name is not Alan Turing. We could of had a few more computer references. I’m thinking they are both on the Geography Team and Kaz is the coach.
Who was it that did the “Kaz Watch” or “Gil Watch”? Number of days since they’ve been seen? I don’t think they comment anymore, but the numbers must be pretty high.
P1 – More obvious looking at the color version, but continuing the prison theme, it looks like they’re in the laundry area. That must be a huge laundry bin they’re approaching, unless Milford wheels in massive outside dumpsters for the lunchroom trash.
P2 – Is it really necessary for her to describe Chris? Especially since, well, THEY JUST TALKED TO HIM?
P3 – Feel bad for that girl in the background. She’s still using the same backpack she had in preschool. All she can fit in it is her lunch and one paperback book.
And speaking of fit, I’m sure you can fit Mopped Up Thorp into your morning routine.
