Aside from the obvious IAS (impeachment avoidance syndrome), it’s a classic conservative take on environmentalism: If you can’t be 100% perfect in your attempt to be environmentally conscientious, you might as well say “&$%k it”, and not even try to do anything better.
If you talk to conservatives about electric cars they say the same kind of BS.
“Well, since pollution is still created when making the electricity for the electric car, everyone might as well just drive gas powered cars that pollute both when the fuel is refined, AND while it’s being burned on the road!”
Ramirez is undoubtedly both distracting us (if he can) and pooh-poohing the whole idea of carbon neutrality not to mention how bad high-flying jets are. Double play!

AGAIN – we have a political cartoon and SOMEBODY has to bring President Trump up. NO WONDER we have had 3 years of futile attempts to overturn the 2016 election as so many of the Leftist are OBSESSED with Presidential politics. Give up the resistance and just VOTE!
