In my case it was, the exam was faulty but we can hardly recall all the foreign students that have gone home so everyone passes. I think. I never did get a handle on the details.
Everyone knows a rich kid with a 2.0 will end up richer than a scholarship kid with a 4.1 GPA.
Not terribly far from the truth.
