What Trump considers “negotiating with a foreign leader,” the law calls BRIBERY.
If, instead of asking for ILLEGAL political assistance from a foreign government to interfere in an upcoming U.S. election, Trump had said, “OK, we’ll give you the $391 million that you need to defend yourself against an existential threat from Russian aggression, but I need a favor — you give me back one million of it as a kickback.”
Would anyone have the slightest doubt that it would constitute BRIBERY?
The ILLEGAL campaign aid from a foreign government was worth far more than a million dollar kickback.
Obviously, the crime here is BRIBERY which is accepting or soliciting something of value to influence the performance of one’s official duties.
Bribery, along with treason, is one of only two specific crimes listed in the Constitutional provision regarding impeachment, along with more vague, generalized references to unspecified “high crimes and misdemeanors” (U.S. Constitution: Article II, Section 4).
The way Tiny honors his contract, if you are not satisfied you had better be prepared to sue. The are lots of big DC law firms that would be happy to take your case, if you have the money to pay them. Better yet, sue him in your own national courts.
I heard the other day that those Javelin anti-tank missiles came with strings attached.. They are not to be used against Russian tanks.. They are for show only… to scare the Russians.
Hah! As if he ever “paid” anyone anything – other than hush money to prostitutes, legal fees, and divorce settlements (none of which can be discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding).
Roger Stone was found guilty on all counts: witness tampering, lying to congress and obstruction of justice. Now sit back and watch the rats desert the ship!

Money back? A guarantee like that from the likes of Trump is worth about as much as a couple of sheets of the cheapest toilet paper you can find.

A little early for Christmas carols, but what the heck:
Bad King Donald Trump looked out
On the Feast of Putin
Trump’s crimes witnesses laid out
The treason and the lootin’
Bad King Trump was heard to say
(Whispering to Putin)
“Could you please my problems solve
With a little shoo—oo-tin’?"
Putin said, "Don’t bug me now
Not upon my Feast Day
Thanks to you, you bloated cow
I now own the USA
But your usefulness to me
(You idiot) has ended
Time to give Mike Pence a chance
Christ and treason blen-en-ded!"
