My naps cut into my productivity, but I only take them on my days off so that’s OK

I think Adam might need an intervention. But what kind of intervention do you have for a nap-oholic.?

Naps are subjective. If his overall system works, he is able to provide for the family and so forth, keep on napping. If he were to nap on his parents’ couch, unwilling (not unable) to provide for his family, it’s time to wake up, get his lazy butt off the couch and go look for a job.

Naps are good for you. Taken in moderation.

And don’t question the coffee either. That would be sacrilegious.

It is actually true that the body and brain slow after a meal.
