The car already takes the skill factor out of the equation, and has added all that protective safety too. Perhaps the automakers have no faith in our driving abilities.

Good, because you’d look even more ridiculous with any of that get-up still on you in an accident scene.

It’s the other drivers on the road that I do not trust.

If that is the driving test, don’t expect a license afterwards.

A survey showed around 90% of drivers would rank their driving as above average. I guess that means that my driving is above average also! Have explained this to my husband several times, he still seems reluctant to be a passenger.

I’m getting flashbacks of The Addams Family episode where Gomez decided to learn to drive.

We all know that out there somewhere there is a 96 year old white haired, just peeping over the steering wheel, widow driving her deceased husband’s white 2005 Buick LeSabre just waiting to make that illegal left hand turn in front of you……

(my thoughts while riding my Harley)

15 minutes on a driving test is all it takes for a tester to determine you can drive in my state. So if you can not crash, freak out, just act totally stupid violating the simplest of traffic laws (like a Stop sign) in Texas its 15 minutes. I am not sorry. But on the bright side……the failure rate is about 45%. Seems those Stop signs are mighty confusing! Oh the stories I could tell.xD
