The trouble is, with all those cakes, now there’s a second me in the same body.

The second part of my life started 40 years ago at 25.

I REALLY like that thick frosting that’s made with lard and is used by every bakery in the country. . .now, however, I can only eat a bite at a time. Takes me a day or three to finish a piece of THAT CAKE.

Does that result in special body fat?

A member of a diet club bemoaned her lack of will-power. She’d made her family’s favorite cake over the weekend, she explained, and they’d eaten half of it. The next day, however, the uneaten half beckoned. She cut herself a slice. Then another, and another. By the time she’d polished off the cake, she knew her husband would be disappointed.

“What did he say when he found out?” one club member asked.

“He never found out,” she said. “I made another cake and ate half."

Following his motivational talk at a Weight Watchers meeting, my father noticed one client’s small son climbing onto a scale.

“Don’t go on that, Joey,” warned the boy’s slightly older brother. “It makes people cry.”

And the moment you abandon all hope of losing weight.

The moment FAT sets in!

Because CAKE!!!

I usually prefer to bake them myself.

can’t remember the last time i bought (or ate) cake or pie…

Am their already.

Yup—cake’s always been a major food group, as far as I’m concerned …
