Is loyalty real if it can be bought and sold?

I suppose it’s somebody’s Bible.

Of all the disgusting and despicable conservatives the worst, even more than Dick Cheney and ‘Moscow Mitch’, is Barr. That lying hypocrite has no self respect at all, knows it and doesn’t care.

It’s not nice to mock the book “written” by the Chosen One. Oaths taken on it are binding until pardoned.

A.G. Barr is yet another reminder that our checks and balances system of governance is a vitally important keystone for our democracy.

It has got to be more than just lip service.

Nixon’s A.G., John Mitchell, was criminally loyal — and went to prison for it. J.F.K. had R.F.K., and no one expected they would ever publicly differ. Holder & Lynch were loyal to President Obama.

The differences can be subtle. Evidence is crucial, and whistle blowers & patriots are essential for democracy — hard to keep a secret in D.C.

There are doubtless more Mark Felts [Deep Throat] than crooked A.G.s, and they are not spies or deep state operatives, but along with a free press and the voting public, the only thing between us and dictatorship.

Barr is a complete fool to pledge allegiance to a unstable idiot like Trump. Absolute power does corrupt absolutely. Maybe he just likes kissing Trump’s rump.

William Barr is using the Trump presidency to push religious influence back into the matters of state. As long as Trump uses his position to support the agenda of Christian zealots and dissolve the separation of Church and State, he will have Barr’s loyalty.
