Always wondered how there could be any villain who could go up against the Flash? He’d have you in handcuffs before you were even capable of knowing he was there.

He would have to have other powers – heat resistance to withstand the air friction heating; bulletproof to withstand impacts with bugs and other small objects at speeds well above normal bullet speeds.
