    Just about every day at work someone will walk by me with a cloud of "stench’ that makes me nearly gag

    Don’t know if it’s certain brands of perfume, or if some women just really put it on thick

    I prefer Eau De Ben Gay, especially now that I’m getting older and getting used to the aroma!

    I’ll bet she went down to the coffee shop to get a spice pumpkin latte. It seems to be all the rage and you just set her nose up for it.

    Buy or make thieves oil from essential oils, make sure to add a carrier oil, smell like pumpkin spice and fend off pesky seasonal viruses. No perfume or cologne reaction. Win Win! Recipe ;

    40 drops of Clove Essential Oil

    35 drops of Lemon Essential Oil

    20 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil

    15 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil

    10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil

    For a large batch, Find the common denominator. E.g. 40 Divided by 5 = 8. So 8 ml Clove essential oil. You can put it in a spray bottle or put it in a diffuser. You can put it in a roll on applicator to keep handy but be careful not to put it on the same place on your skin too often if you have sensitive skin. Be sure to reapply every few hours as it loses its potency.
