Of course, Stewart is at that point in life where he has no desire to be productive, although Snowball desires that he would produce an open door and let her in.

It’s good to have goals, even misguided ones

OMG, a cat! They are rarer on Ballard Street than sanity.

Ahhh, retirement, ain’t it wonderful ! Pop another caramel Stewart and pass me one please.

I thought the purpose of being productive is so that you can afford to kick back with a good book and eat caramel candy.

The signage doesn’t seem to be working, so far.

…until Fluffy figures out how to open the door.

Even though he’s impressed with the well targeted signage, Steward takes the advice with a grain of salt…

Stewart doesn’t want to be more productive right now (or any more) so he’s doing it (his life) right (for him).

Stewart’s proper perspective is that the sign blocks his view of the Andersons next door.

The book and candies (not the pipe, I’ll pass on that) sound a lot more attractive than being productive.

Stewart’s attempts to better his life are all by design.

Evidently, Stewart is not interested in becoming more productive at this time, but it’s nice to know there are definitive guidelines should he change his mind
