how many more signs of his mental deterioration is it going to take for Congress to do what it should do with article 25? If we had an elderly relative who exhibited as many signs of mental deterioration as this resident does, would we allow that elderly mentally incapacitated relative to make crucial life decisions for us? Or is it just that those in Congress who continually deny that to this resident is falling apart in front of their eyes… Are they so enamored by power that they will not do anything that might jeopardize their power grabs?

Drawing ridicule for the Sharpie® thing and then doubling and tripling down on it is an intentional tactic of divert and distract — one of Trump’s favorite tactics.

Trump doesn’t want the news media or social media or late nite comedians focusing on the fact that he is illegally diverting military funding (from an appropriations bill that specifically prohibited any use for wall construction) from schools and European defense systems to the very wall prohibited in the legislation.

Trump promised MEXICO would pay for the wall, and now it’s going to be paid for by veterans, military families and allies who depend on us and MEXICO is NOT going to pay for any wall?

And … he doesn’t want the news media or social media or late nite comedians focusing on babies in cages, children with life-threatening illnesses being deported from hospital beds and workers on farms and in factories being decimated by devastating economic destruction.

So … Make a big deal about ALABAMA and the Sharpie®, and get them all making jokes and posting funny memes with Sharpies. Take a little ridicule, as long as they are diverted from the subject he REALLY doesn’t want us focusing on.
