no one forced you to take out loans and go to college it was your choice so stop whining about it and just pay them

College is not mandatory for everyone! However, the trades are suffering shortages …..

As one friend of mine said, "I have a new house, a wife, a kid, a swimming pool, and 2 Mercedes in the driveway. I was happier when I was in school back in 82’; trying to figure out where I was going to get the $110 for next month’s rent.

Even the gluten-free mac and cheese is pricey.

Why don’t you try working P/T so you don’t have to live off of loans? Worked for me.

Sad thing, is, both are true.

With the assault of the student loan crowd, college is steadily drained of enjoyment.

I’m in the Elizabeth Warren crowd! My total student loan was $500 after getting two college degrees! (Sorry, kids).

Wait till you get up into the “Golden Years,” kid. At 77 I’m still waiting for them to begin. While I wait in the doctor’s office. Life is not a lot except waiting for what’s next. Have a beer; that’ll help. Works for me.

When I got out of college all the money I owed was $1200—for the used car I bought. I had been so careful through college that the bank loaned me the entire amount without a down payment. Working as a night watchman was a real drag, though.

Yep – welcome to real life. Be thankful that you have the opportunity to go and make the best of it. You can whine but no one cares.
