I get mine from some vendors who come into Detroit’s Eastern Market in November through Easter. It is the best bacon I’ve ever had. They do all their own pork products. I buy pounds of it, portion and freeze it so I have it all year. BTW, if any of you are from the Detroit area, they are in the center of Shed #3, northeast corner.

We get our bacon from local abattoir, thick cut and lightly smoked. But no Canadian bacon, hardly any one up here sells it.
