I didn’t read the decision or the “logic” behind it. I am wondering if they said it would be OK for Democratic Presidents to over-ride the clear intent of Congress too.
Soooo, when Dems take over this lethal, vile, administration, and they need more money for infrastructure and things like that, the GOP better not utter a sigh….they have broken the ceiling with their outlandish spending on a useless wall, just to satisfy a whining rat’s promise. This govt is out of control. We can’t get anything passed because of the GOP, and we can’t adhere to the constitution because of the GOP. The Supreme Court is bought and paid for, and so is the GOP Party! Bribes, not justice! Greed not fairness. If the DEMSdon’t get these @ssholes out of office in 2020, then there’s little hope we’ll See America thrive again. Might as well fly the Nazi flag.

Moscow Mitch is ramrodding through as many federal judge confirmations as possible. The courts will be filled with Trump political hacks for years to come. If Trump is re-elected SCOTUS could look like a Trump family reunion. The orange stain on America will be long lasting.
