richard's poor almanack ** by richard thompson further suggestions to improve washington rebuild the capitol to match the botanic garden it will improve government transparency and cut down on congressional rock-throwing. most federal buildings will be replaced by yurts. lots of yurts. ringtone museum museum of ebay items redirected and revitalized c&o canal some new museums, please! add 40% more towers to the smithsonian castle. and a moat. a stray bit of the springfield interchange a magic forest filled with happy talking animals (pending feasibility studies.) if the white house was made of sod, the world might be a better place! segway accessible port-a-john a few windows on top is a waste. let's put lots of windows in the washington monument!

Make everything run on Direct Current. Require batteries for all power, preferably AAA-cells.
