Life just keeps rolling on before it doesn’t roll on anymore. We could make amends to the world we live on. We could with the help of our technology turn back the global warming and climate change. We could… But we probably won’t… I grieve for my grandchildren … I grieve for the world I wanted them to live on when they grew up as they have … instead of the world they’re going to inherit and pass on to their children if they manage to have any in the world that’s coming into being because of our apathetic indifference. At least the children know enough to protest and to sue governments for not taking action… But there’s another old saying… What was it? Or yeah… how do you fight City Hall?
We already lost the game. Fossil fuel companies hired phony scientists to spread lies for Republicans and now CO2 is so high the earth may not recover and we’re not doing anything about it under coal loving Trump the liar.
Planting trees is NOT going to help if the climate shifts too much. They won’t grow where they have been growing. (and with sea level rise, there’s less land)
