Lots of visitors to Florida think that Palmetto bugs are roaches.
By the by, some fly, some don’t. Are they still Palmetto bugs?
Roaches are bad enough, glad that it gets too cold for them in my little piece of paradise in my part of the sunshine state.

If you have ever squished a palmetto bug, you IMMEDIATELY know the difference between them and roaches!
After all this legalization, you’d think they’d like their roaches large.
The Small ones are Tourist Roaches that hitchhiked in some Yankee’s Luggage.
Florida had huge and prolific roaches when I was there. My buddies rental (I was in barracks) often had a wall or two that appeared alive, Blatta germanica.
